  Food: imagine school cantine but worse. Flies in food, food not labelled so no idea for veggies/allergies/kids sticking their hands in serving dishes/lot of white carbs/cheap quality. You'll be fine if you want pasta and chips for a week. While dining experience is noisy and stressful with hundreds of families in a massive haul. Fruit never seemed to be ripe when we were there. Chocolate fountain probs had more kids germs in it than chocolate from lack of parental supervision as hands went in. Drinks were good, all branded alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks and nice coffee/ kids cocktails.

  Location: a good 20 min from outskirts of Albir (next town) along a busy road where there is a supermarket. Keep walking anther 20 mins or so and there is a nice beach. Otherwise you are basically in the middle of nowhere and it's a bit claustrophobic if you don't want to stay I. The resort every night.

  Overall the food, accommodation and poor staff attitude didn't make up for the slides. Won't be back and won't be recommending to others.

  Pool: in need of painting and a good scrub but slides are excellent. Seven year old really enjoyed them and spent hours there. There were a couple closed with no explanation. Probably great for up to 14 year olds. The water Zumba guy was so enthusiastic and made everyone smile. 10/10 to him.

  Well it's okay. You arrive at this place, our room was not ready till about 15.00. Room wasn't too bad. The food not great . Breakfast in the morning wasn't up to scratch omelettes were like eating rubber flip flops. Only the good side of this hotel offer were premium drinks in all inclusive package. The robin hood night was good but there was not enough of flowing of drinks, and they didn't serve food till about 10.00 at night, not ideal for small children. Overall we made the most of the nice weather.

  Accommodation: stripped out caravans, very little storage so lived out suitcases, paper thin walls so can hear neighbours. We asked for a cover on beds because only sheets provided and this was a massive faff requiring me to go down to reception four times. Staff communication is dire.

  Food is awful, its badly labelled mush and 3 out of our party came down with stomach bugs. We had things stolen, had to move rooms because of the noise.. you get the idea.
